Food and cleanliness were great, we liked that everything was very clean. There was lots of food for breakfast, including fresh bread, cereals, pastries, croissants and toast.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in York. My time there was really good. The breakfast was above average and freshly cooked, appreciated its service.

I've had a very good stay at a perfect location. Both my children and I enjoyed being there. Plenty of food at breakfast like breads, cereals, pastries, croissants and toast.

The hotel was first-rate, spotlessly clean, in a pretty quiet area. Well laid out & nice styled unit with a nice view, a phone in the next room, as for instance.

Everything was great and fairly clean, I thoroughly enjoyed staff and location. The bed was soft and it was great having iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk.

food was good, especially welcoming staff, bed was best. it had plenty of meals for breakfast, including hot waffles, eggs and cheese. the shops and a large shopping centre were right next door.

Gorgeous and very clean room, loyal staff, free parking. Location is nice! Apart from that, heworth methodist church was 15 minutes away by driving. This hotel offers a great breakfast.

Just a walk down to the restaurant toby carvery hopgrove. Reasonable base for a vacation in York! We really enjoyed the fact that we chose holiday inn express york...
